Customer Success Specialist
Jambix is a web-based Travel Management System designed for DMCs (Destination Management Companies), direct sellers, and travel agencies. It streamlines operations, enhances efficiency, and supports seamless booking, itinerary management, and customer service processes.
Jambix is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to enhance service quality, develop training programs, and improve customer service processes. This role ensures that our travel services meet high standards of customer satisfaction and that our team is well-trained to deliver exceptional experiences.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive customer experience.
Guide new clients through the onboarding process and support successful system implementation.
Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops for clients.
Provide ongoing support and assist clients in using CRM system effectively.
Monitor customer feedback and system usage to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer needs and recommend product enhancements.
Prepare user guides, FAQs, and training materials to support client learning.
Track customer issues, follow up on resolutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Gather insights from clients and provide recommendations to improve processes and service quality.
Identify opportunities to introduce additional features or services that may benefit clients.
Support business development activities by presenting CRM system to prospective clients when required.
What We’re Looking For
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Tourism, Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Client Training, Travel Technology, DMC operations, or other customer-facing roles.
Prior experience working with a DMC, tour operator, travel agency, or hospitality company is a plus.
Strong communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
Experience conducting client training sessions, product demonstrations, or workshops.
Familiarity with CRM systems, online booking tools, SaaS platforms, or customer feedback systems.
Good understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
Ability to analyze customer feedback and data to identify opportunities for process and service improvements.
Strong problem-solving skills, well-organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.
