Finance Operations Supervisor
Rp 8.000.000 – Rp 12.000.000 per month
Responsibilities:
* Lead financial planning & budgeting
* Analyze financial performance to support business decisions
* Manage cash flow, cost control, and profitability optimization
* Monitor and improve financial processes, systems, and controls
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, accounting, tax, etc.)
Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
* Min 2 years of experience in finance/accounting as a senior / leader / SPV / manager with strong leadership mindset
* Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (advanced formulas, modeling)
