Production Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Oversee daily production schedules and maintenance operations to ensure maximum plant availability and output.

• Asset Reliability: Develop and execute maintenance strategies using RCM and TPM frameworks to eliminate unplanned downtime.

• Process Optimization: Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives to reduce waste and improve cost-efficiency.

• Quality & Safety: Ensure all operations strictly adhere to ISO 9001 standards and Occupational Health and Safety (HSE) protocols.

• Team Development: Mentor and lead a multi-disciplinary team, identifying skill gaps and fostering professional growth.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a Managerial capacity within Production, specifically within the FMCG or high-volume manufacturing sector.

• Technical Expertise: Proven track record in implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM).

• Standards: Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, analytical problem-solving (Root Cause Analysis), and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

• Mobility: Full-time residency or willingness to be stationed in Magelang, Central Java.
