Administrative Officer
About the Role
We are looking for an Administrative Officer to join our team. In this role, you will manage company administration and documentation, coordinate with various departments, and support the company's operational needs.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Administrative Staff or in a similar administrative position.
• Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented and responsible.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
• Manage and organize company documents, both physical and digital.
• Handle incoming and outgoing letters, emails, and other administrative correspondence.
• Arrange office operational needs, including stationery, work equipment, and inventory.
• Assist with financial records, including petty cash, reimbursements, operational expenses, and invoices.
• Support General Affairs administration, including travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and external parties regarding company needs.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding administrative and operational requirements.
• Prepare routine administrative reports and other documents for management.
• Maintain the confidentiality of company information and documents.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
