HRBP Assistant Manager

Job Specification:

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, labor relations, organizational development, business or related area; relevant work experience may be a substitute.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.

  • Experience with the human resources information system (HRIS) used by your company, such as Talenta.

  • Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations; able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations.

  • Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration and teamwork.

  • Experience with analyzing data to guide strategic employment planning.

  • 5 Year Experience in the same position.


Job Description:

  • Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures.

  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues.

  • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances.

  • Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management.

  • Coordination with Development Team to Develop and conduct employee relations training programs.

  • Monitor and analyze employee relations trends and recommend proactive measures to address issues.

  • Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

  • Manage employee discipline and performance improvement processes.

  • Partner with HRBP Head and business leaders to develop and execute employee engagement initiatives.
