WE’RE HIRING: SALES PERSON

Floating Leaf Eco Retreat is looking for a motivated, confident, and results-driven Sales Person to join our team in Bali.

If you are passionate about sales, hospitality, wellness, and building meaningful relationships with clients from around the world, we would love to hear from you!

REQUIREMENTS:

●     Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, hospitality, or customer service

●     Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken

●     Confident in conducting online meetings, sales consultations, and presentations with international clients

●     Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

●     Proactive in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities

●     Excellent follow-up, negotiation, and communication skills

●     Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple leads and clients

●     Skilled in using Google Workspace and other digital tools

●     Experience in hospitality, retreats, travel, or the wellness industry is an advantage

●     Passionate about wellness, hospitality, and creating exceptional client experiences

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

●     Respond promptly and professionally to sales inquiries via email, WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels

●     Conduct online consultations and meetings with potential retreat leaders, travel agents, partners, and clients

●     Understand each client’s needs and recommend suitable retreat packages, accommodation, activities, and experiences

●     Prepare and send customized proposals and quotations

●     Follow up consistently with potential clients and nurture leads throughout the sales process

●     Convert qualified inquiries into confirmed bookings

●     Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities, partnerships, and potential clients

●     Build and maintain strong relationships with retreat leaders, travel agents, wellness professionals, and business partners

●     Maintain accurate records of leads, client communications, follow-ups, and sales activities

●     Prepare and maintain sales reports and track sales performance

●     Collaborate with the management and operational teams to ensure a smooth transition from confirmed sales to retreat planning and operations
