  • Memastikan keberhasilan penerapan Strategi Modern Trade Channel dan pengukuran kinerjanya secara berkala
  • Berperan penuh dalam menyetujui forecasting AOP penjualan & pemasaran Modern Trade Channel dan bertanggung jawab penuh atas keakuratan forecasting penjualan.
  • Mengelola listing, distribusi & monitor harga Modern Trade Channel berdasarkan merek dan memastikan gaps ditutup
