Talent Acquisition Manager

SATU Dental Group is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and drive our recruitment strategy as we continue to expand our business across healthcare, distribution, retail, and consumer products.

This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, building strong talent pipelines, partnering with business leaders, and ensuring we attract and hire top talent to support our growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for managerial, specialist, and critical positions across the organization.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

  • Manage workforce planning and ensure hiring targets are achieved in a timely manner.

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and networking.

  • Conduct talent mapping for key and strategic positions.

  • Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and sourcing effectiveness.

  • Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience.

  • Support and strengthen employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.

  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team leadership role.

  • Proven experience recruiting for various functions and levels, including managerial and leadership positions.

  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company, retail, healthcare, FMCG, consumer, or startup environment is preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to utilize recruitment data to drive decision-making.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.

  • Able to work independently and manage multiple hiring priorities simultaneously.
