About the role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Financial & Insurance Consultant to join our growing team in Jakarta Raya on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who wish to develop a career in financial services whilst maintaining flexibility in their schedule. As a Financial & Insurance Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients make informed decisions about their financial futures. You will be responsible for assessing client needs, recommending appropriate financial and insurance products, and building strong relationships that drive business growth. This position offers significant earning potential through commissions and provides a pathway for career advancement within the financial services industry.

Key responsibilities

  1. Assess client financial situations and insurance needs through comprehensive consultations

  2. Recommend suitable financial products and insurance solutions tailored to individual client circumstances

  3. Present and explain financial and insurance products to prospective and existing clients with clarity and professionalism

  4. Prepare detailed financial plans and insurance proposals for client review and approval

  5. Build and maintain a strong client portfolio, ensuring regular communication and excellent service delivery

  6. Process applications, policy documents, and administrative paperwork accurately and efficiently

  7. Meet individual sales targets and contribute to team performance goals

  8. Stay current with market trends, regulatory changes, and product developments in the financial services industry

  9. Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns professionally

  10. Collaborate with colleagues and management to identify cross-selling opportunities and enhance client relationships


What we're looking for

  1. Valid insurance and financial services licences (or willingness to obtain them)

  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly

  3. Proven ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions

  5. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships and networks

  6. High level of integrity, honesty, and ethical conduct in all client interactions

  7. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  8. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred
