Kualifikasi
S1/D3 Teknik Elektro/Teknik Mesin
Berpengalaman min. 5 tahun di bidang building maintenance atau berpengalaman minimum 5 tahun bekerja di kontraktor MEP berskala Nasional
Mengerti Kelistrikan (Travo, Genset & Panel), Elektronik (CCTV, Fire Alarm, PABX, Sound System), Plumbing (perpipaan) dan Mekanikal (AC, Pompa termasuk Hydrant)
Diutamakan yang bersedia ditempatkan di luar kota/pulau
Keterampilan
Memahami dengan baik sistem mekanikal, elektrikal, dan perpipaan dalam proyek konstruksi.
Kemampuan memimpin tim dan mengkoordinasikan pekerjaan berbagai disiplin ilmu.
Keterampilan analitis yang kuat dan kemampuan untuk memecahkan masalah secara efektif.
Mahir dalam membaca gambar teknis, spesifikasi, dan dokumen proyek lainnya.
Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, baik secara lisan maupun tertulis.
