Kualifikasi - Head Produksi Donat & Bakery

  1. Pendidikan minimal SMK/D3 Tata Boga, Perhotelan, atau bidang terkait.

  2. Memiliki pengalaman mnimal 3-5 tahun di bidang produksi bakery, dengan pengalaman sebagai Supervisor Produksi / Head Baker / Leader Kitchen menjadi nilai tambah.

  3. Berpengalaman dalam produksi massal (high volume production) khususnya donat, roti, dan produk bakery lainnya.

  4. Mampu menyusun dan mengontrol standar resep, gramasi, dan SOP produks untuk menjaga konsistensi rasa dan kualitas.

  5. Memahami manajemen bahan baku, food costing, yield produksi, dan control waste.

  6. Mampu mengatur jdwal produksi, membagi tugas tim, serta memastikan target produksi harian tercapai.

  7. Memahami standar food safety, hygiene, dan sanitasi dapur produksi.

  8. Memiiki jiwa leadership yang tegas, disiplin, dan mampu bekerja dalam tekanan serta target waktu.
