Working Hours: 5 days per week / 8 hours per day
Working Location: Gyeongnam Jakarta Office, Wisma GKBI, Jakarta Pusat (full-time WFO)
About the role
GYEONGNAM JAKARTA OFFICE (Gyeongnam Trading Inc.), the representative office of the Provincial Government of Gyeongsangnam-do (Gyeongnam Province), is hiring a Korean Speaker staff with great interest in Human Resources, Accounting, and Trading (Bridging International Companies). We are looking forward to talented candidates who love Korean culture and are passionate about their work to apply for this position.
Responsibilities
General administrative duties, including HR and payroll management
Identifying local buyers and matching them with companies in Gyeongsangnam-do, Korea
Managing relationships with office partners
Promoting Gyeongnam tourism and products, etc.
Qualifications
Min. Bachelor's degree in any major
Min. TOPIK II Lv. 3 or any certificates equivalent to the same level
English proficiency certificate ( min. level of Intermediate)
Proficient in MS Office and other document editing software

Candidates with experience in general business or related fields
Korean language majors and fluent communication skills in Korean and English
Proficient in Indonesian-Korean and vice versa interpretation
