Asset Management Coordinator (Fixed Asset Accounting)
Job Description :
1. Oversee and control company assets, including asset recording, tagging, transfers, and disposal.
2. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of asset records between physical assets and the system.
3. Coordinate and supervise periodic asset inventory and stock-taking activities.
4. Monitor asset depreciation and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
5. Prepare asset reports and perform reconciliations with accounting records.
6. Support internal and external audits related to company assets.
7. Coordinate with relevant departments regarding asset acquisition, movement, maintenance, and disposal.
8. Monitor asset management processes and recommend improvements to enhance asset control and utilization.
Requirements :
1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in Asset Management, Fixed Asset Accounting, or related fields.
3. Strong understanding of fixed asset management, depreciation, and accounting principles.
4. Proficient in Accurate Accounting Software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
6. Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across departments.
7. Willing to travel for business.
