We are seeking a ready-to-work Accountant to lead a small but efficient team. Our company has QMS certification of API and ISO 9001:2015, with good track in manufacturing and trading high quality of valves, pipes, pipe fitting, strainers, and any other fabricated-steel products, for oil & gas, water, construction and manufacturer.

This is a full-time position based in Wanaherang, Gunung Putri, Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat, and we hope we can get a ready-to-work Accountant from Bogor Regency, Bogor City, Depok City, Bekasi City, Bekasi Regency and South Jakarta. Are you ready to move and to work NOW? If YES, please APPLY!

A successful Accountant must balance strict compliance with strategic leadership. Key work attitudes include meticulous attention to detail for accurate reporting, unwavering ethical integrity to handle sensitive data, and strategic adaptability to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

1. Perform and oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions

2. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment authorisation, and debt collection

3. Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

4. Monitor and control budgets across departments, conducting variance analysis and providing recommendations for cost optimisation

5. Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial policies

6. Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing training and performance feedback

7. Conduct reconciliations of bank accounts, general ledger accounts, and other key financial accounts

8. Manage payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely payment of employee salaries and benefits

9. Prepare financial reports and analysis for management review and strategic planning

10. Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities to ensure regulatory compliance and successful audit outcomes

11. Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets

12. Support the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in accounting (S.Ak.).

• Professional accounting qualification such as CPA, CA, or equivalent Indonesian accounting certification.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and finance management roles, with good track records as Accountant.

• Living/residing in Bogor Regency, Bogor City, Depok City, Bekasi City, Bekasi Regency, and South Jakarta .

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Accounting Standards (SAK).

• Proficiency with Indonesian tax regulations, including the new regulations.

• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• Demonstrated experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Indonesian and English.

• Experience supervising and developing accounting teams.

• Knowledge of payroll administration and tax compliance.

• Understanding of internal control frameworks and audit procedures.
