Head Organization & People Development
Job Description:
Develop and execute organization development and people development strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead learning & development initiatives, including competency framework, training roadmap, leadership development, and talent programs.
Drive performance management, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
Analyze organizational needs and recommend continuous improvement initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and provide people development solutions.
Lead and coach the Organization & People Development team while ensuring successful project delivery.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Organization Development, Learning & Development, or Talent Management.
At least 1–2 years of experience leading a team or managing people.
Strong understanding of competency development, performance management, talent management, and organizational development.
Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Growth mindset with strong leadership and continuous improvement orientation.
Willing to be placed in Karawaci, Tangerang.
