Client Service Officer (CSO)
To assist Relationship Manager in handling day to day transactions and administrative, i.e. account opening process, documents collection/filing, customer drawdown and repayment request.
To monitor principal and interest payment via periodic tracking and send reminder to the customers
To assist other supporting departments such as back office, bills, credit or loan administration, etc, in delivering services to the customers.
