  • To assist Relationship Manager in handling day to day transactions and administrative, i.e. account opening process, documents collection/filing, customer drawdown and repayment request.

  • To monitor principal and interest payment via periodic tracking and send reminder to the customers

  • To assist other supporting departments such as back office, bills, credit or loan administration, etc, in delivering services to the customers.
