Job Description (Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan)
Manajemen Transaksi & Sistem (Odoo Based): Bertanggung jawab penuh terhadap operasional harian berbasis ERP Odoo, termasuk mengelola persetujuan (approvals) data rekam jejak (footprint) penjualan/distribusi.
Kontrol Distribusi & Akun Pelanggan: Mengawasi dan mengontrol penuh keluar-masuknya pengiriman (in/out shipment) produk consumables (Tinta, Makeup, Cleaning) ke pelanggan secara mendetail berdasarkan masing-masing akun pelanggan (per account customers).
Perencanaan Stok (Demand Planning): Menyusun laporan titik pemesanan kembali (Reorder Point / ROP report) secara berkala dan mengajukan permintaan pengadaan barang secara akurat kepada tim Procurement.
Koordinasi Lintas Fungsi: Menjadi jembatan integrasi operasional dengan berkoordinasi secara intensif bersama tim Sales, Telemarketing, dan Technical Administrators untuk memastikan kebutuhan consumables pelanggan terpenuhi tepat waktu.
Qualifications (Kualifikasi Pelamar)
Umur maks 40 th.
Pengalaman Kerja: Minimal 1-2 tahun pengalaman di bidang Inventory Control, Sales Operational Support, Aftersales Admin, atau Supply Chain (diutamakan dari industri B2B, manufaktur, atau packaging/marking machine).
Keahlian Sistem: Wajib menguasai dan mahir mengoperasikan ERP Odoo (khususnya modul Inventory, Sales, atau Logistics).
Kemampuan Analitis: Memiliki pemahaman yang kuat tentang manajemen inventaris, khususnya formula Reorder Point (ROP) dan forecasting stok.
Keterampilan Interpersonal: Kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang kuat karena harus menghubungkan tim sales, telemarketing, teknis, dan procurement.
Ketelitian Tinggi: Terbiasa mengelola data pengiriman spesifik berbasis customer account management.
