HR Generalist

Jobdesc :

• Conducting end-to-end recruitment

• Performing new employee onboarding and company culture induction

• Proficient in using assessment tools

• Conducting candidate interviews ( via phone, video, and in-person )

• Support for HRGA and office administration

• Design and update job descriptions

• Sourcing potential candidates various online channels

• Ensuring accurate assessment through behavioral interviewing techniques and psychological testing

• Send job offer by emails

• Collaborate with the managers to identify future hiring needs

• Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard

Requirements :

1. Bachelor Degree, from Law priority, Psychology or any related field

2. Minimal 1-2 years experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment

3. Experience in executing various position and level

4. Able to deal with many stakeholders and users ( especially C level )

5. Handle tasks related to employes branding will be additional value

6. Handle in HR administration

7. Effective communciation skills
