Tanggung Jawab

  • Mengidentifikasi dan menjangkau calon mitra potensial di sektor apartemen dan perumahan.

  • Membangun dan memelihara hubungan yang erat dengan mitra saat ini untuk memaksimalkan peluang penjualan silang dan mempertahankan bisnis yang ada.

  • Memahami dengan baik penawaran dan solusi CBN, serta mengkomunikasikannya secara efektif kepada mitra untuk mendapatkan kontrak baru.

  • Menghasilkan proposal dan presentasi yang menarik untuk menarik minat mitra.

  • Mencapai dan melampaui target penjualan dan retensi yang ditetapkan.

  • Bekerja sama dengan tim internal untuk mengkoordinasikan implementasi dan dukungan layanan pelanggan.

  • Menganalisis tren pasar dan umpan balik pelanggan untuk mengidentifikasi peluang baru.

Persyaratan

  • Pendidikan minimal D3 atau S1 dalam bidang Pemasaran, Manajemen, atau bidang terkait.

  • Memiliki setidaknya 3 tahun pengalaman dalam penjualan dan manajemen hubungan pelanggan, khususnya di sektor apartemen dan perumahan.

  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang kuat, baik lisan maupun tertulis, serta keterampilan presentasi yang baik.

  • Memiliki pemahaman yang mendalam tentang tren dan dinamika pasar apartemen dan perumahan.

  • Berdedikasi, berorientasi pada hasil, dan kemampuan bekerja di bawah tekanan.

  • Punya jiwa kewirausahaan dan kemampuan untuk berinovasi.

  • Memiliki kemampuan analitis yang baik untuk mengidentifikasi peluang dan membuat keputusan yang tepat.

  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Seluruh Bogor.
