We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Recruitment Consultant to lead our recruitment team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive search, client relationship management, team leadership, and business development.

Responsibilities :

•⁠ ⁠Lead and manage a team of recruitment consultants to achieve hiring and revenue targets.

•⁠ ⁠Develop and implement recruitment strategies across various industries and functions.

•⁠ ⁠Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their talent acquisition needs.

•⁠ ⁠Drive business development activities to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.

•⁠ ⁠Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and placement.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure high-quality candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment process.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare recruitment reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management.

•⁠ ⁠Mentor and develop recruitment consultants to enhance productivity and professional growth.

Qualifications :

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 8–10 years of experience in recruitment, executive search, or staffing services.

•⁠ ⁠Proven experience leading recruitment teams and managing client accounts.

•⁠ ⁠Strong business development and negotiation skills.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

•⁠ ⁠Results-oriented with a strong track record of achieving targets.

•⁠ ⁠Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
