Sales Supervisor
Education: Bachelor's degree (S1) preferred in business management, marketing Work
Experience: Minimum 5 years as a sales supervisor or in a sales team leadership position (experience in printing, consumer goods, or similar is preferred)
Leadership: Ability to motivate, train, and manage the performance of the sales team in the field
Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Target Orientation:
Able to work under pressure with tight achievement targets
Leadership, supervise, and evaluate the daily activities of the sales team in the field
Good relationships with customers and business partners
Regular reports sales data analysis to management.
