Quality Assurance & HSE Manager

Jobs Description

1. Lead and manage the implementation of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) systems within the company.

2. Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company regulations.

3. Develop and maintain Quality Management Systems, Environmental Management Systems, and Continuous Improvement programs.

4. Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external parties related to certification and compliance.

5. Analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

6. Monitor and evaluate operational processes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.

7. Lead, supervise, and direct the QHSE team.

8. Prepare reports and provide recommendations to management.

9. Coordinate and support continuous improvement and Kaizen initiatives.

10. Willing to travel for business purposes when required.

Jobs Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Metallurgy.

2. Language: English communicative level.

3. Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience as a Management Representative, Quality Assurance/Quality Control, Health, Safety, and Environment, or related fields in Manufacture or similar industries.

4. Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949.

5. Certified Lead Auditor for ISO standards.

6. Holds General K3 Certification (Ahli K3 Umum Kemnaker).

7. Extensive experience in developing and implementing Quality Management Systems and Environmental Management Systems.

8. Proficient in quality management methods and continuous improvement/Kaizen.

9. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

10. Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.

11. Strong leadership and team management abilities.

12. Willing to be based in Tangerang.
