• Plan, launch, and manage advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.
• Develop and execute scaling strategies for successful campaigns.
• Conduct audience, creative, and landing page testing.
• Track key performance metrics and prepare performance reports.
• Improve lead generation and conversion performance.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to achieve business goals.
• Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends and best practices.

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Proven experience in lead generation campaigns.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to make decisions based on performance metrics.
• Comfortable managing campaign budgets and optimizing ad spend.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Willing to work onsite in Sleman, Yogyakarta.
