About the role
Maritim Internasional Transpor HO' is seeking a dedicated Sales Support to join our team in Surabaya, Jawa Timur. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and sales support to our sales professionals, ensuring seamless client interactions and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Respond to client inquiries and provide information about our products and services
- Assist with the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and other client-facing documents
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients
What we're looking for
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within the client services or International Freight Forwarding
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work tasks
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
- Fluent in English written & verbal and able to operate computer
- Fresh Graduate is acceptable
