What you will do :
• Receive and collect new employee request forms form User
• Conduct recruitment processes to find the right candidates based on based on User requests & HR procedures
• Conduct candidate selection to acquire competent employees.
• Inform new employees and prepare necessary facilities and equipment for them
• Input new employee administrative data and update any changes in the HRIS system.
What you need :
• Bachelor’s Degree of Psychology with minimum GPA 3.00
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment Process
• Familiarity with Psychological Assessment, Interview Methods, and HRIS system
• Experience in Life Styles Coffee Shop or Restaurant as a Recruitment Officer is a plus
• Willing to be placed in Klampis, Surabaya
