Book Keeper and Accounting
About the role
We're seeking an experienced Book Keeper and Accounting professional to join the team at Bali Agung Furniture in Bali. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping functions for our growing furniture manufacturing business.
What you'll be doing
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and inventory management
- Preparing monthly financial reports and statements for management review
- Reconciling bank and credit card statements
- Assisting with the preparation of annual financial statements and tax filings
- Providing support to the finance team and other departments as needed
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations
What we're looking for
- At least 1 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role, preferably within the manufacturing or furniture industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
- Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
