KOL & Social Media Specialist (TikTok)

Job Summary:

The KOL & Social Media Specialist (TikTok) will be responsible to lead our TikTok strategies manage collaborations with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and create engaging content to grow our brand presence. This role requires a deep understanding of TikTok trends, influencer marketing, and audience engagement to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

TikTok Content Strategy & Management:

  • Develop and execute a TikTok content strategy aligned with EF Kids & Teens' brand identity and marketing goals.
  • Create, edit, and publish fun, engaging, and educational TikTok videos tailored to parents and young learners.
  • Monitor TikTok trends, hashtags, and algorithm updates to ensure content is fresh, relevant, and impactful.
  • Engage with the TikTok community by responding to comments, managing messages, and fostering positive interactions.
  • Collaborate with Center/Branch to create content

 

KOL/Influencer Partnership & Management :

  • Identify, recruit, and manage collaborations with Influencers, educators, and parenting-related KOLs.
  • Build relationships with influencers who align with the EF Kids & Teens brand values.
  • Negotiate contracts and deliverables to ensure clear expectations and successful partnerships.
  • Monitor and evaluate KOL campaigns, providing performance reports and ROI analysis.

 

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Analyze TikTok metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions to assess content and campaign success.
  • Provide regular reports and actionable insights to head of Digital Marketing.
  • Use data to optimize content strategies and influencer collaborations.

 

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with creative teams to develop visually appealing and brand-aligned TikTok content.
  • Collaborate with other social media specialists to maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms.
  • Coordinate with other department and center team to ensure campaigns drive measurable results.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on TikTok.
  • Proven experience working with KOLs or influencers.
  • In-depth knowledge of TikTok trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Strong video editing skills (e.g., using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creativity and a knack for creating engaging, viral content.
