John Galt Services provides remote technical and customer support for American businesses with technical products who have customers in Asia.
As a John Galt employee, you are FAR more than a voice on a phone! You are technical professional who is perfectly fluent in English and at least one Asian language besides Bahasa Indonesia. You will be fully integrated as a remote member of our customer's support operation, with broad responsibilities and a great deal of trust.

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Learn our customer's product well enough to support it in detail.
- Plug into our customer's existing support systems.
- Function as a member of our customer's support team, supporting Asian customers during Asian business hours and completing “overnight” tasking as required.
- Take on other responsibilities as needed.
Some of our clients purchase half-time resources. You may be assigned to two of these, in which case you will be dividing your time between two teams.
Salary & Benefits
You are a highly educated, experienced professional who speaks several languages fluently. We will pay you accordingly.
New associates start at a probationary pay scale of IDR 11jt / month gross (i.e. before taxes & benefits). You will spend your first month learning the client's product and integrating with their systems.
If we retain you past the first month, your pay will increase to IDR 13,5jt / month gross.
You will be evaluated by the same metrics our customer uses to evaluate their own team. We will pay a 50% bonus for any month in which you are evaluated in the 20% of the customer's team by these metrics! This would bring your pay to IDR 20jt / month gross.
We also reserve a large pool of funds for staff perks, events & annual bonuses. If we are happy with your work, you will be VERY happy with your choice!

Job Requirements
- FLUENCY in English AND another Asian language like Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Malaysian, Vietnamese, Thai, or Arabic, with a minimal accent.
- Patience, an engaging personality, and a desire to contribute to a winning team.
- The ability to learn quickly and an aptitude for technical problem-solving.
- Superior attention to detail.
- Live within commuting distance of Canggu, Bali, or are willing to relocate.
You are supporting our customer remotely, but this is NOT a remote job! We will provide working space and equipment in Canggu, Bali. All work is performed on-site.
