Head of Brand Activation
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Head of Brand Activation will be responsible for developing and executing innovative brand activation strategies and exploring new media opportunities to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and ensure consistent alignment with overall brand positioning. This role will require a deep understanding of brand strategy, consumer behavior, emerging media trends, and experienced in executing events to drive awareness, engagement, and generate qualified leads.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Orchestrate brand activation strategies that align with the company’s overall brand positioning and business objectives that involves various marketing stunts from offline activations, ATL media placements and new media channels.
- Ensure that all brand-building activities consistently reinforce the company’s core messaging and values.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute brand events and activations, including campaign launches, experiential marketing campaigns, sponsorships and conferences.
- Design and implement brand activation campaigns that not only build awareness but also drive qualified leads and conversions.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to maximize the impact of brand activation initiatives.
- Manage the brand activation budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to evaluate the success of brand activation initiatives.
- Regularly report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to senior management to guide future strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in brand management, event planning, or marketing communications, with a focus on brand activation.
- Proven track record of leading successful brand-building initiatives, including events, offline marketing, and new media campaigns.
- Strong strategic thinking and project management skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and drive innovation in brand activation.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
