Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training materials for the sales team focusing on product knowledge, sales skills, and company procedures and policies.
- Conduct both in-class and on-the-job training sessions, providing guidance and support to the sales team to improve performance and meet targets.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by conducting assessments and providing feedback to the sales team.
- Collaborate with sales managers to identify training needs based on individual and team performance.
- Prepare training progress reports and provide recommendations for improvement to management.
- Stay updated on automotive industry trends and new products to ensure the sales team is always informed
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience in sales training, preferably in the automotive or retail industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present material clearly and engagingly.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with high motivation to improve sales team performance.
- Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and evaluate training outcomes.
- Proficient in MS Office and presentation tools.
- Passion for human resource development and improving team performance.
