Personal Assistant Of Director

Job Scope:

  1. Assist Tasklist, Meeting & Admin for Director
  2. Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
  3. Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
  4. Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
  5. Develop and maintain Basic Administration & filing system
  6. Check frequently all Dept. Head Tasklist progress and Report to Director
  7. Helping for analyze and updated trends about social media

Job Requirements: 

  1. Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
  2. Familiarity with office organization and represent Director
  3. Having Marketing & social media background (is preferable)
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skill
  5. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint, Canva, Google Suites (calendar, Meet, Drive) 
  6. Willing to join Immediately, Location : Kuta - Bali
