Responsibilities\:
- Validate Sales Incentive Calculations\: Ensure that all calculation are alinged with the approved SIP ~40 calculations across various products.
- Regular Reporting\: Validation and preparing cost analysis, RIGC data, GQ Trend analysis, High Performing Staff .
- Accrual Management\: Ensure to provide monthly entries requiring high precision and timeliness and revenue settlement.
- Invoice Validation\: Validating sales incentive related invoices for across various products to ensure accuracy.
- Data Mining & Scheme Simulation\: Providing essential incentive data for scheme simulations and post-implementation analysis (around 2 calculations per month).
Requirements\:
- Bachelor Degree from reputable university
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, self-driven, able to work without close supervision, making decision and strong control attitude
- Banking Industry experience would be preferable
