We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Spa & Lifestyle Manager to lead and oversee the overall operations of the Spa & Lifestyle division. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high service standards, driving revenue performance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

The successful candidate will combine strong leadership, commercial awareness, and a passion for wellness and hospitality to develop engaging spa and lifestyle experiences that support the hotel's overall positioning and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Spa & Lifestyle division, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.

• Lead, coach, and develop the Spa & Lifestyle team to achieve operational, service, and revenue targets.

• Establish and maintain high standards of guest service, treatment quality, hygiene, safety, and overall guest experience.

• Develop and implement spa, wellness, and lifestyle programs, treatments, and packages aligned with guest preferences and market trends.

• Monitor and analyse departmental revenue, expenses, productivity, and performance to achieve business targets.

• Identify opportunities to increase revenue through new treatments, packages, promotions, memberships, partnerships, and lifestyle offerings.

• Manage inventory, equipment, supplies, and operational resources effectively to maintain service standards and cost efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health and safety requirements, and applicable standards and regulations.

• Collaborate with other hotel departments, particularly Rooms, F&B, Sales & Marketing, and Guest Relations, to create integrated guest experiences.

• Monitor guest feedback and satisfaction, identify service gaps, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Build relationships with external partners, wellness brands, therapists, and relevant lifestyle businesses to support business growth.

• Prepare and present regular operational and financial reports to management, including revenue performance, guest satisfaction, and departmental KPIs.

• Stay updated on wellness, spa, beauty, and lifestyle trends and identify opportunities to enhance the hotel's offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Wellness Management, Business Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in spa, wellness, lifestyle, or hospitality operations, with previous supervisory or managerial experience.

• Strong knowledge of spa and wellness operations, treatment services, guest experience, and service standards.

• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team.

• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, revenue management, and achieving business targets.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organisational skills.

• Creative and proactive mindset with the ability to develop new spa, wellness, and lifestyle concepts.

• Good understanding of current wellness, beauty, and lifestyle trends.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant hotel/spa management systems.

• Good command of written and spoken English.
