Operations Leader

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily site operational activities to ensure smooth and effective operations

• Ensure operational processes are running in accordance with company standards and operational targets

• Lead, coordinate, and monitor team performance to maintain productivity and operational discipline

• Handle operational issues and provide effective problem-solving to minimize operational disruptions

• Coordinate with related teams regarding operational support and activity planning

• Monitor operational reports and ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timely submission

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and workflow effectiveness

• Maintain effective communication and coordination across teams and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related disciplines

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operational supervision or site operational roles

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

• Eager to learn and able to adapt quickly in dynamic operational environments

• High initiative and proactive working attitude

• Good leadership, people management, and team coordination capabilities

• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple priorities effectively

• Good reporting, data monitoring, and administrative skills

• Communicative and able to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Able to work under pressure and target-oriented environments
