Branch Manager Horeca - Bali
Lead sales efforts and business development initiatives in the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Café) sector. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding market share, building strong client relationships, and driving new business opportunities while ensuring smooth operational processes and collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets and drive business growth in the HoReCa sector (to be placed Bali).
Regularly forecast sales and budgets, reporting progress to management.
Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets are met through effective sales strategies. Compile weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and desires.
Develop customer retention programs to enhance customer loyalty.
Actively engage with clients, distributors, sponsors, and partners, conducting regular meetings to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, new opportunities, and the company’s competitive position.
Collaborate with the product development team to create products based on research and customer feedback.
Lead and guide the sales team, providing feedback and training to improve performance.
Monitor sales progress, ensuring it aligns with predetermined targets and adjusting strategies as needed.
Provide coaching and support to the team for skill development and market alignment.
Oversee the entire consumer journey from awareness and lead generation to conversion.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure business operations are efficient and meet financial goals.
Monitor all documentation processes, including invoices, contracts, and business development records, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Work with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, operations) to ensure alignment of sales strategies with business goals.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development, especially in the HoReCa sector.
Strong relationship-building skills with experience in customer retention programs.
Expertise in market trends, distribution networks, and the HoReCa industry.
Proven leadership and team management capabilities with a record of meeting sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, product development, and operations
