We are looking for a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker to join our team as an Operation Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for formulating robust operational strategies, managing multi-disciplinary teams, and driving the overall execution of our business goals.

To be successful, you must strike the perfect balance between people and profitability, helping our team members develop and stay highly productive, while implementing strict cost discipline and strategic sales initiatives to ensure our profits are consistently on the rise.

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring food quality (material, taste, presentation) complies with company standards.

  • To establish a high-performing, hospitality-driven team that consistently delivers exceptional guest experience while ensuring comprehensive operational standards, brand consistency, and a culture of continuous improvement that drives customer loyalty.

  • To drive sustainable revenue growth, maximize all stores profitability, and expand market reach through diversified sales channels and strategic marketing initiatives

  • To optimize operational efficiency and maintain strict cost discipline without compromising on product quality, minimizing financial leakage and protecting profit margins through strict inventory control and waste management

  • Ensuring strategic alignment of talent with business goals, from seamless onboarding through ongoing development and performance optimization


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Operation Manager of an international QSR chain with a nationwide network of stores or similar role

  • Full professional proficiency in English (written, verbal, and reading comprehension

  • Willing to travel overseas for business or corporate training

  • Extensive experience in strategic planning, financial forecasting, and budget management

  • Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)

  • Strong analytical ability

  • Actively engaged in the direct oversight and execution of QSR day-to-day operations

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills

  • Experience building multi-disciplinary teams from scratch

  • Problem-solving aptitude

  • Bachelors degree;  Master is also welcomed
