HR Operations Coordinator
The HR Operations Coordinator role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of HR daily operations and processes across the organization
Key Responsibilities:
Support HR Operations Lead to ensure the timely and accurate execution of all HR Operations processes
Support HR policies and procedures implementation across all departments
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve HR-related queries and issues
Prepare HR reports and analytics for management decision-making
Qualifications:
Minimum education: Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, especially in the agriculture industry
Understanding of HR systems, payroll processes, and labor law compliance
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
