General Affairs Cost Control

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage GA cash, petty cash, bank transactions, and authorize payments using ERP system.

• Issue and manage credit notes and debit notes to contractors accurately and timely.

• Prepare monthly site-level financial statements including Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow, Operating Cost, and Capital Expenditure.

• Track departmental actual costs, prepare monthly reports and forecasts, and ensure alignment with company policies.

• Develop, manage, and monitor annual budgets and quarterly forecasts using financial models to support operational production.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities, analyze variances, and assist internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with company policies.
  

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and related field.

• Familiar with finance and accounting cycles, including account reconciliations, cash and bank management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Ability to work effectively under tight schedules and meet deadlines.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a cost controller or in finance/accounting roles, preferably in Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or site services. 

• Willing to be placed on site with roster 6:2.
