General Affairs Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the GA team across housekeeping, kitchen, transportation, and maintenance, ensuring staff performance, attendance, and competency.

• Schedule, monitor, and follow up on housekeeping, catering, transport, and routine maintenance activities, including handling work orders and quality inspections.

• Coordinate with HSE, mining operations, HR, procurement, and vendors; conduct HSE briefings, SOP training, and coaching for the GA team.

• Oversee vendor contracts and performance for catering, laundry, transport, and maintenance; monitor fleet, equipment, inventory, and spare parts.

• Enforce HSE, food safety, and cleanliness standards; conduct inspections, manage minor incidents, report and support investigations of major incidents.

• Track key performance indicators such as work order completion, resident satisfaction, fleet availability, cleanliness, and cost per capita; propose process improvements and preventive maintenance initiatives.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Food Hygiene, or related field.

• HACCP certification and POP certification is preferred.

• Strong background in hospitality management and creating SOPs.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the mining industry, preferably in facility management.

• Knowledge of HSE standards, safety regulations, and operational compliance.

• Willing to be placed on site with roster 6:2.
