Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Drafter / Sales Engineer to join our HVAC team in Batam. The candidate will support both technical drafting and sales activities for commercial and industrial air conditioning projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare HVAC shop drawings, layout drawings, and technical submissions using AutoCAD.

• Assist in preparing quotations, technical proposals, and project documentation.

• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams regarding project requirements.

• Conduct site surveys and measurements when required.

• Support the sales team in project follow-up and technical discussions with clients.

• Prepare material calculations and basic HVAC system selections.

• Monitor project progress and assist in coordination during execution.

• Ensure drawings and documents are properly updated and archived.

• Attend meetings with clients and support presentation of technical solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Able to operate AutoCAD.

• Basic understanding of HVAC systems is preferred.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to work independently and in a team.

• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Willing to conduct field/site visits when needed.

• Placement in Batam.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC, construction, MEP, or engineering field.

• Able to read technical drawings and specifications.

• Familiarity with quotation preparation and project coordination.

• Knowledge of ventilation, ducting, and air conditioning systems is an advantage.
