We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support professional to ensure smooth daily system operations and provide technical support across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and system issues

• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems in a timely manner

• Monitor system performance and ensure operational stability

• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and applications

• Assist users with technical concerns and system access

• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors when needed

• Maintain proper documentation of issues and resolutions

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Able to work independently and in a team

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn

• Able to communicate effectively in English

• Experience in IT support is a plus

• Willing to relocate and work overseas, including countries such as Armenia
