Warehouse Logistic Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Qualification

1. Bachelor degree in any related major

2. Fluency in Chinese and English

3. Have 2+ years experience as Warehouse Manager

4. Have strong leadership, good analytic and problem solving skill

5. Have a deep understanding on inventory, warehouse management, and warehouse administration

Key Responsibilities

1. Managing and overseeing warehouse operational (inbound, shelving, outbound, returns, and inventory)

2. Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, quality, and regulatory standards

3. Collaborating with Shipping and PMC department to ensure efficiency of export and import

4. Optimize warehouse layout, processes, and systems to improve efficiency and reduce cost

5. Lead, supervise, and train warehouse staff, including supervisors, team leaders, and operators
