Capital Accounting Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the recording and management of capital expenditure (CAPEX) transactions in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
Ensure the capitalization of fixed assets is performed accurately, completely, and in a timely manner.
Manage fixed asset accounting, including asset acquisition, transfers, depreciation, and disposals.
Review fixed asset reconciliations against the general ledger and other supporting reports.
Control and manage periodic closing processes related to capital accounting.
Ensure compliance with PSAK, company capitalization policies, and applicable asset-related tax regulations.
Coordinate with relevant departments (Engineering, Procurement, and Finance) regarding CAPEX data and documentation.
Support internal and external audit processes related to fixed assets and capital expenditures.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of working experience in Capital Accounting or Fixed Asset Accounting.
Strong understanding of PSAK related to fixed assets, capital expenditures, and depreciation.
Proven experience in managing fixed assets and reconciling capital projects.
Proficient in using accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to financial data details.
