IT Support & Infrastructure Officer

Arya Properties is looking for an IT Support & Infrastructure Officer to join our team based in Bali. This role will be responsible for supporting daily IT operations, maintaining infrastructure systems, and ensuring all technology systems run smoothly across our offices and project sites, including Bali, Sumba, Sumbawa, and other locations.

IT Support & Infrastructure Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily IT support for hardware, software, network, printer, and email issues

• Troubleshoot computers, laptops, WiFi, and network connectivity problems

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Mac devices

• Support Microsoft 365 systems (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.)

• Assist in maintaining office network infrastructure, CCTV, and IT equipment

• Perform routine IT maintenance and preventive checks

• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation

• Coordinate with vendors and external IT providers when needed

• Support setup for new offices, resorts, and project locations

• Ensure IT SOP and security standards are properly implemented

• Adapt and learn new technologies used by the company

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in IT Support or IT Infrastructure

• Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking, Windows OS, and Microsoft 365

• Familiar with printers, WiFi, routers, and network devices

• Experience with Ubiquiti, MikroTik, CCTV, or access control systems is a plus

• Familiar with Google Workspace, SharePoint, OneDrive, or CRM systems is an advantage

• Understanding of basic cybersecurity practices

• Able to document IT issues and solutions clearly

• Willing to travel to all Arya Properties project sites, including Sumba, Sumbawa, and other company locations
