Customer Service Officer
Inviting talents like you to join as our Customer Service Officer. You will be mainly responsible for the evaluation of English proficiency assessment for our domestic helper candidates.
We do not need you to be an expert in the industry because we provide structured training and clear workflow guidance. But hey, these essential traits are still much appreciated: strong sense of urgency and the ability to follow systematic workflow properly.

Job Descriptions:
Conduct English proficiency assessments for domestic helper candidates through interviews and/or structured conversations.
Evaluate candidates based on fluency, comprehension, vocabulary, pronunciation, and overall communication confidence.
Identify candidates who demonstrate good to very good English communication skills.
Reserve shortlisted candidates who meet the agency’s English standard for further processing.
Maintain accurate records of evaluated candidates and assessment outcomes.
Report shortlisted and reserved candidates promptly to the supervisor for approval.
Ensure consistency and fairness in evaluation standards across all candidates.
Job Requirements:
Required language: English (written and spoken for daily customer communication)
Experiences working in roles that requires regular spoken English communication and interaction will be preferred.
Must have basic computer literacy.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Immediate or short notice period availability will be preferred.
Working Schedules:
6 working days, 9:00 AM – 6.00 PM (WIB)
