Senior Sales Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales at an EPC company, Tank & piping.

• Proficient product knowledge machinery for the food industry & Chemical Industry.

• Proficient in spoken and written English.

• Skilled in product demonstrations, presentations, and business writing.

• Successful track record in generating new business (from potential customers to prospects).

• Understanding of market/customer/category mapping to identify opportunities.

• Having a driver's license and willing to travel on business.

• Willing to be placed at Puri Indah Financial Tower, West Jakarta.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve customers as the primary contact for all business matters, ensuring all customer concerns are addressed, including proposals, deliveries, repairs, quality assurance, warranty claims, etc.

• Educate customers about the quality, features, and usage of our products through full use of company marketing materials.

• Conduct effective product presentations and demonstrations to customers, focusing on technical advantages and potential solutions to increase sales.

• Provide fast and accurate technical solutions to customer issues to build customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.

• Support sales efforts by identifying market opportunities, providing appropriate product recommendations, and helping achieve sales targets through a technical approach.

• Maintain regular and planned communication with key customers in your supported area.

• Monitor sales progress and customer order fulfillment (including unfulfilled orders).

• Able to work independently, efficiently, and communicate productively with others.

• Promote PLMB Tank products while maintaining the good name of PT. Pakarsalanggeng Majubersama.
