About the role

PT Prasadha Pamunah Limbah Industri has an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Payroll Compensation Benefits professional to join their dynamic team. As HR Payroll Compensation Benefits, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's payroll, compensation and benefits programs, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while also developing HR system, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

1. Handle the full employee payroll cycle, including processing payroll, calculating deductions, and ensuring timely and accurate payments

2. Administer and optimize the company's compensation and benefits programs, including salary, bonus, and employee perks

3. Input and verify employee attendance, leave, permission, sick leave, and lateness records.

4. Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll, tax, and employment regulations

5. Provide support and guidance to employees on all payroll and benefits-related inquiries

6. Support internal and external audit processes related to payroll activities.

7. Collaborate with the HR team to implement effective reward strategies that support the company's talent management objectives

8. Continuously improve payroll and compensation processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Requirement

1. Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar HR Payroll Compensation Benefits role

2. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

3. Strong understanding of payroll processing, compensation planning, and benefits administration

4. Proficient in using HR information systems and data analysis tools

5. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

6. Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities

7. Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement
