• Manage end-to-end project deliverables and produce daily status reports for Singapore Regional HQ and customers
• Coordinate installation schedules with partner ISPs and field engineers for Internet provisioning and SD-WAN equipment deployment, including post-installation testing
• Maintain project schedules, documentation, and track technical issues through to resolution • Remotely manage and communicate with Internet service providers, field engineering partners, and IT vendors globally
• Facilitate cross-vendor collaboration covering logistics such as equipment shipping and multi-party scheduling across different time zones
• Work closely with the Singapore RHQ and GDT colleagues to ensure seamless regional service delivery
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in any discipline; an IT-related field is an advantage
• 3–4 years of experience in customer service, project coordination, or IT service delivery
• Exposure to IT infrastructure projects — such as network installations, ISP coordination, or SD-WAN deployments — is preferred but not mandatory (technical training will be provided)
• Prior experience working with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) or IT vendors will be a distinct advantage
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage expectations and communicate clearly under pressure
• Comfortable working across multiple time zones and adapting to varying operational hours when needed
