Application Engineer

PT Danan Wingus Sakti is seeking a dynamic and experienced Application Engineer to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with our valued customers, especially in oil and gas, petrochemical and other industries across Indonesia.

As an Application Engineer, you will play a crucial role in understanding our customers' needs and proposing tailored equipment solutions to help them achieve their business objectives. The solution that we provide to the customers, including and not limited to:

• Process Pump (API675)

• Metering, Injection, and Dosing Pump (API675)

• Reciprocating Pump (API674)

• Mixer/Agitator Equipment

• Systems and Skid

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field, preferably Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Instrumentation Engineering

• Having more than 2 years experience on the mechanical and/or rotating equipment

• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy

• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Key Responsibilities:

• Have a strong technical understanding of the company and the technical aspects of its products.

• Support the sales team in developing deals by joining discussions on customer and principal needs—both online and offline.

• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve system issues.

• Assist customers who experience issues with installed products and recommend upgraded or improved solutions through the appropriate process.

• Guide customers through a series of steps by phone, email, or chat until the technical issue is resolved. Follow standard procedures to properly escalate unresolved issues to the relevant internal team.

• Carry out service and installation work for product units and systems, both at PT Danan Wingus Sakti’s workshop and on-site.

• Identify areas for improvement and communicate these issues and potential solutions to senior management.

• Provide fast and accurate feedback to customers.

• Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.

• Prepare and develop technical presentations to explain our company’s products or services to customers and to meet their technical requirements and needs.

• Read and/or produce GA drawings, P&ID, and electrical wiring diagrams.
