ESH Officer

About the role

DIC Group is seeking an experienced ESH (Environment, Safety, and Health) Officer to join our team based in East Karawang, West Java. This full-time role will be responsible for ensuring the company's operations comply with all relevant environmental, safety, and health regulations, as well as implementing and maintaining effective safety practices across our facilities.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing, implementing, and monitoring environmental, safety, and health policies and procedures

2. Conducting regular inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards

3. Providing training and guidance to employees on safe work practices, emergency response, and regulatory compliance

4. Investigating and reporting on incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and implementing corrective actions

5. Liaising with government authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Maintaining detailed records and generating reports on the company's environmental, safety, and health performance

7. Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and implementing sustainable solutions

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years of experience as an ESH Officer or in a similar role within the manufacturing.

2. Strong knowledge of environmental, safety, and health regulations and best practices
